BIOGEOnet : Bryophytes occurrences in Wallonia

"BIOGEOnet: Bryophytes occurrences in Wallonia" is a dataset that includes data on the distribution of mosses, anthoceroses and liverworts mapped in the IFBL grid system (4km x 4Km). These data are the result of a colossal prospecting work initiated in the 1980s by André Sotiaux with the aim of establishing a precise picture of the distribution of the 720 species of bryophytes in the Walloon region. The data are centralised in the BIOGEOnet database, which continues to be fed by new observations.
